This one of a kind Retro 1940's Cartier Lady's Wristwatch in 18 Karat Yellow Gold and White Gold is simply incredible.  1.76 carats of round brilliant cut diamonds are set along the band of highly polished 18k yellow gold links.  Cartier watches from this time period and in this condition are very hard to find.
