These modern earrings are studs with a twist.  The marquise-cut blue sapphires are the stars of the show, weighing .48 carats.  Each sapphire is accented by four round brilliant cut diamonds,  each measuring 1.8mm and weighing .025 carats for a total of .20 carats. The yellow gold has slight embellishments and add a little extra texture.
