This wide modern pave diamond band is set with forty-eight (48) round brilliant diamonds of extraordinary quality with a total diamond weight of 3.50 carats.  The diamonds are accented by eighteen (18) round brilliant rubies in a cluster pattern across the center of the ring.  The total ruby weight is 2.88 carats  The ring has great presence as it measures 17.97 mm in width.  Completed in 18 karat yellow with a weight 23.5 grams of gold.  Currently a size nine (9) but sizable with in two or three sizes.
