This fine Art Deco Diamond & Synthetic Sapphire Pendant Necklace features a mesmerizing transitional cut diamond in 18 karat white gold. The marquise shaped pendant houses four (4) .08 carat synthetic sapphires with a royal blue hue. Synthetic sapphires are scratch resistant and radiant in composition.
