This antique Edwardian era Patek Philippe ladies diamond dress watch from 1910 features a 22mm platinum case with a porcelain dial and manual Patek movement #151787. The watch showcases 1.95 carats of natural diamonds in Old European and single cuts set throughout the piece. Two .32 carat Old European cut diamonds anchor the design, complemented by a .72 carat diamond and additional accent diamonds totaling .54 carats.

The platinum bracelet was added in the 1960s, bringing the total length to 6.75 inches. The caseback interior carries an engraving: "E.S.P C.G.R . Little Compton Rhode Island July 31st 1912." The watch arrives in excellent condition with its original movement intact.
