.32 Antique Art Deco Sapphire Earrings 14k White Gold

These Art Deco drop earrings started out as cufflinks before being reworked into a pair set in 14 karat white gold. Each one centers on a round cabochon blue sapphire, bezel set within an oval platinum disc and bordered by an orange blossom engraving that adds texture around the edge. The cabochon cut gives the sapphires a smooth, domed surface instead of faceted sparkle, letting the deep blue color show through in a soft, continuous glow rather than flashes of light. Total sapphire weight lands at .32 carats, a small but rich pop of blue against the white gold setting.

Lever backs keep the earrings secure and comfortable enough for all-day wear, while the oval shape and compact size make them easy to dress up or down. The mix of platinum and white gold creates a cool, understated contrast between the disc and the surrounding metal.
