.30 Diamond Sapphire Right Hand Ring in 18k Rose Gold.  This one of a kind Retro ring features .30 carats of diamonds and .28 carats of blue sapphires finished in 18 karat white and 18 karat rose gold. Six (6) .05 carat Old European cut diamonds, each near colorless and glittering, are set in prongs inside of unique milgrain patterns. Four (4) .07 carat blue sapphires are mounted in the 18k white gold head of the ring. From the profile, a gorgeous engraving on the gallery gives a stunning Retro feel to the polished 18k rose gold ring. The shoulders of the ring also feature strong, linear engravings on a thick 9.81mm band.
