3.32 Fancy Brown Diamond Engagement Ring 14k

This three stone engagement ring is built around a GIA certified 3.32 carat old mine cushion cut diamond, graded Fancy Dark Orangy Brown with SI1 clarity. The elongated cushion shape has rounded corners and deep faceting, giving the stone a rich amber-brown glow rather than a clear white shine. At just over three carats, the diamond sits boldly across the finger.

Two old European cut diamonds flank the center stone, each measuring 5.45 x 5.45mm and weighing .585 carats, for a combined 1.17 carats. They're collet set on either side, adding white contrast against the brown center stone and bringing the ring's total diamond weight to 4.49 carats.

The ring is set in 14 karat yellow gold, a warm metal tone that complements the diamond's orange-brown coloring. Old mine and old European cuts have softer, more irregular facet patterns than modern round brilliants, so the ring reads as antique inspired even though it's a newly made piece.
