Domestic U.S Shipping

Domestic shipping is on us! We ship all of our packages via FedEx 2nd day air with private insurance that requires an adult signature. We will contact you after your purchase to arrange your desired shipping day to make sure an adult (18 and over) is available to sign for the package when it arrives.

We love surprises and we’re happy to arrange shipping to a FedEx location near you. Hold for pick up is a great way to facilitate the surprise.  

Please keep in mind that depending on your payment method it may take 1-3 days for your funds to clear.  Ring sizing generally takes a couple of business days so please plan accordingly if sizing is needed. You can contact us at 612-486-2290 if you have additional questions regarding our domestic shipping.

Please note that all packages will ship to the billing address associated with the payment method and we require your telephone number for the package prior to shipping. If you have requested hold for pick up at a FedEx location the identification must match the individual making the purchases.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We have customers all over the world and are able to accommodate shipping to most countries. Please send us an email at info@filigreejewelers.com to calculate the exact international shipping charge. We use FedEx priority signature required for all our international shipments unless another desired shipping company is requested. It is important to note that the purchaser is liable for any and all import or duty taxes. Many countries have special regulations and tax free benefits when purchasing an antique.

U.S OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

We are pleased that you are excited and would like to receive the package as soon as possible. Overnight shipping is available for a fee of $45.00. We understand what a special purchase this is and for security and insurance purposes we only ship for delivery on Monday through Friday.

WHERE WE SHIP

We have helped wonderful couples all over the United States, Canada, UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Australia, France, Spain and Germany! Unfortunately, there are a few countries that we do not have the ability to ship to due to our insurance regulations. Please contact us to at info@filigreejewelers.com to inquire if we are able to ship to your country. We are only able to shipping to the verified billing address that matches the form of payment. If this poses an issue please contacts us arrange other options.

Returning a package to filigree jewelers

If you need to return an item to Filigree Jewelers we need to make sure the package arrives to us with as much care as it arrived to you. Whether you need to have your lovely new ring sized or return an item for a full refund we will guide you through the process. To obtain an insured FedEx return label, please email us at info@filigreejewelers.com. We will email you a return-shipping label with instructions to help facilitate a safe return. Our insurance requires every package to be doubled boxed with the appropriate labels on each box.

Returns & Exchanges

10 – day return policy

At Filigree Jewelers it is our desire to offer only the finest customer service.  We want our clients to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and experience with us. We guarantee every item to be described to the best of our ability.  We are strict on our quality grading and authenticity of each item.  If you would like to return an item you may do so within 10 days of the purchase. We will facilitate the return as easily as we facilitated the sale.
*We do not accept returns of any customized or custom ordered pieces.
For our layaway clients please note that the 10-day return policy does not apply. You have 72 hours from receiving the item to contact us about arranging the return.
For layaway returns, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.

Condition of returns

Returns must be sent back to us within 10 days from the date you received the item.  If you are beyond 10 days, you may return the item within 30 days for store credit.  All sales are final after 30 days.

Your original Sales Invoice and any additional paperwork provided by Filigree Jewelers must be included in your return package.

Merchandise will be reviewed by our in-house gemologist; it must be unused and in the same condition as it was shipped. Merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

You will be issued a 100% refund minus any shipping charges paid via the payment method used originally.  This is also the case with International orders all shipping, import/ brokerage fees or taxes will not be refunded.

Damage returns

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. We recommend insuring the item(s).

Filigree Jewelers evaluates and describes each item to the best of our ability prior to listing the item on our website.  Please keep in mind that most of the jewelry on Filigree Jewelers is estate and/or antique and thus shows it’s age.   The item may show slight wear as most period pieces do.  Filigree Jewelers restores, polishes and may refurbish most of the pieces in our collection.  We do so with the utmost regard in maintaining the elegance, form and antiquity value of the piece.

*Please remember that diamond grading is not an exact science; it is an opinion, no matter how experienced the grader. Every stone is different, every diamond unique. Different graders, laboratories and appraisers also may vary in their determinations. In addition, please note that colored stones, pearls and other gemstones may have been treated to enhance color, stability or clarity. However, enhancements are not always detectable. Please make sure to ask questions prior to making your purchase and we will do our best to make sure they have been answered.

We are here to make the checkout process as painless as possible but we do need to verify specific information in order to comply with our bank and credit card processors requirements.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We also accept check, cash or wire transfer. For your protection and ours we often have credit cards not process due to a potential fraudulent flags in place by the credit card company. We encourage you to notify your credit card company prior to attempting to check out to make the transaction a smoother one. Please note that we only ship to the confirmed billing address associated with the credit card.

Paypal

PayPal is an excellent method of payment to ensure your purchase is completed without question. Please note that we only ship to the confirmed PayPal address.
