  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

    Shipping is complementary in the continental United States. International shipping is $150 and expedited shipping is $75.

  • ARE FILIGREE’S PRODUCTS INSURED WHEN SHIPPED?

    Yes. Any item purchased and shipped is insured until you sign for the package.

  • CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

    To cancel or change an order, please call us at 612-486-2290 or email info@filigreejewelers.com.

  • HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP AFTER PURCHASE?

    Please allow 10 business days for any item that needs to be resized or modified. If your purchase does not require modification, the item will ship the following business day once we have verified your identity.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    We ship all items 2nd Day Air via UPS. Once we have verified your identity, the package will leave our offices and be shipped to your billing address.

  • DOES FILIGREE OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

    We do! We are happy to send an item priority overnight if requested for a $75 fee.

  • DOES FILIGREE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes. We ship to Canada, Europe, Australia and a few other countries. Please email us at info@filigreejewelers.com for more info on where we ship.

  • How does Filigree verify my identity?

    All online orders are subject to identity verification. When an order is placed you will receive a text message asking for you to provide additional documentation. Once we have completed the verification your order will be ready to ship.

  • WHAT IS FILIGREE’S RETURN POLICY?

    You can return your item up to 30 days after purchase/delivery for a full refund, less any expedited or international shipping costs.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

    You do not. Simply email us at info@filigreejewelers.com and let us know you would like to make a return and we will send you an insured shipping label.

  • WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED AT FILIGREE?

    We accept all major credit cards as well as bank transfer and personal checks. Note: If you are paying by check, the check must clear before the item leaves the store.

  • HOW CAN I GET AN ITEM REPAIRED?

    If the item was purchased from Filigree, please email us at info@filigreejewelers.com to discuss the specifics of your repair. If you’re local to our store, you can stop by anytime during business hours with the item for us to review.

  • HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY DIAMOND?

    Diamonds are extremely hard and durable; however, they are not indestructible. The general rule of thumb is – if you think you should take it off, you should have already taken it off!

  • WHAT PRECAUTIONS SHOULD I TAKE WHEN WEARING MY WEDDING / ENGAGEMENT RING?

    Generally, it’s a great idea to be mindful of the jewelry on your fingers. It’s not uncommon for rings to take on a bit of wear and tear over time. If you’re going to the gym or working in the yard or garden, you should take your rings off.

  • WHAT CLEANING AND CARE SERVICES DOES FILIGREE OFFER?

    We clean any item purchased from Filigree, forever. Just stop in to the shop during business hours. While we are cleaning your item, we will also review for any loose stones, broken prongs, etc.

  • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY JEWELRY CLEANED?

    We recommend a thorough cleaning every six months.

  • DOES FILIGREE OFFER WATCH REPAIR?

    Yes. You are welcome to bring your watch by the shop for us to review. You may have to leave it with us for a day or two in case we need to open it up and look at the movement.

  • HOW DO I REPLACE STONES FROM MY FILIGREE JEWELRY?

    Lost stones are simply a part of owning and wearing jewelry. Should you lose a stone, please bring your item to the shop for us to review and we’ll give you a quote for the replacement cost.

  • CAN I SELL MY JEWELRY AT FILIGREE?

    Many people ask us, “Do you buy jewelry?”  The answer is yes!

    We are always on the lookout for beautiful and interesting pieces. We buy individual pieces as well as entire collections. The first step is to email us photographs of the items at info@filigreeejewelers.com. We will then contact you to let you know if we would like to see your jewelry person. If we do, we will then schedule a time for you to bring them by the shop.
