We hope that this finds you and yours well.  We empathize with our clients that have family out of the country or children studying abroad, exhausted health workers and the brides and grooms that have canceled their wedding receptions. As all of you are experiencing these major life changing effects we wanted to reach out to tell you that we are all ok!  These are unprecedented times, our hearts go out to you and your families as we navigate uncharted territories.
 
As of Friday March 20, 2020 we will temporarily close our location to the public and will be by appointment only. If there is an item you are interested in seeing and would like to arrange a time to view it in person we are accepting appointments!  Please contact us at info@filigreeejerlers.com or 612-486-2290.  We will ensure that your appointment will be in a sanitized environment with the appropriate social distance. You may also arrange an appointment through our chat feature on the website. 

We will be available virtually and encourage communication! We have multiple platforms to communicate with you if you would like to FaceTime, Marco Polo or Zoom with us let us know. We would be happy to download additional applications to ensure successful communication.

Layaway, Repair and Sold item pick ups: 

At Filigree we will insure that any items left in our care will be safe. We have reached out to all our clients that have completed repairs to let them know about our store hours and avaialbity. We will be available to schedule either shipping or pickups through our temporary closure. 
 
We feel deeply for the individuals and families who have been affected by COVID 19 and we appreciate the healthcare workers and others who are on the front line working diligently to contain this virus. 
 
As a locally family owned and operated business we encourage you to take the time to support as many local businesses as possible.
